0203 cold-caller claiming to be from broadband upgrade team

Repeated calls from a 0203 number saying my 'broadband contract is due for upgrade' and asking to confirm my address and account number. I'm with Virgin Media; they don't outbound on 0203.
Classic cold-call lead-gen. Sometimes leads to a hand-off to a genuine ISP affiliate (annoying but legal); often a setup for an account-takeover later. Either way, register on the TPS — won't stop scams but kills most legitimate cold-call lists within 28 days.

Same here from multiple 0203 numbers in the last month. Network filter (Vodafone Call Protect in my case) catches most of them now once they're flagged. Took a couple of weeks though.
