Rang twice within 2 hours and left a strange voice mail

Called me at 13:42 on 07/07/26 no message left. Rang again at 15:46 and there was a very strange m essage left. The message sounded like they was in a crowed office lots of background noise. Then a man said "hey Dan in order for me get where I need to be, genuinely I am con". Then the message finished.
