'UK Now' Call came during online banking, asked for me by name

I was in the middle of adding my banking app on to a new phone and waiting for a notification on my old phone to confirm it's me when this call came in. I mistakenly thought it was my bank and answered when I normally wouldn't as I get a lot of spam calls.

They spoke with a strong Indian accent and there was a lot of background noise, they asked for me by name 'Hello, how are you, is this Miss X X X?' As I thought it might be my bank I confirmed my name when I wouldn't normally, I then asked who was calling as they kept asking how my day was where i would normally expect an official call to get to the point a lot quicker.

She said she was calling from 'UK Now' and she's definitely not cold calling or trying to sell me anything and it would just take only 20 seconds of my time. I explained that I'm literally in the middle of doing some online banking and if they could please call me back in 5 mins I would be able to speak to them then.

She was quite adamant that it would only take 20 seconds and she would be very quick and just needed to ask me a few questions, to which I repeated I'm in the middle of some important banking and please call back in just 5 mins when I'm done. She sounded panicked and started talking over me that it would just take 5 seconds, only 5 seconds to just quickly answer a question and it would be so good for me to do so.

I then started speaking over her saying literally can't talk, call back in 5 mins and we'll talk. She then said it's fine, we can do it now for 5 seconds so please hear the following question. I then stated loudly to call back in 5 and we'll speak then, goodbye and hung up.

Not sure what the question was or the aim of the call.

I think the timing of the call during me doing online banking was just coincidental - well I hope it was, anyway! Thankfully the name she used differed slightly to the name on bank account thankfully, which I only realised in hindsight. The prefix was different and my bank account doesn't include my middle name so that's how I realised they differed.

They did call back repeatedly but I didn't answer. I would expect if it was a proper official call then they would leave a voicemail explaining their intentions further and providing a way to call them back. Or would send a text or email, none of which I've received as of yet.

TL;DR - Sounded like a call centre based in India, asked for me by name whilst I was doing online banking but name differed to bank account so I hope the timing was coincidence and not proof of a scam attempt. Sounded like reading from a script and didn't want to let me hang up. Called back repeatedly but left no messages. Claimed to be calling from a company I've never heard of called 'UK Now'.
