Withheld call at 7am with no voicemail — can I reverse-lookup?

Single missed call this morning from 'No Caller ID' at 06:58, no voicemail. Nothing else suspicious. Can I find out who it was?

Not as a consumer, unfortunately — UK GDPR + Ofcom rules suppress the CLI from your display when the originator has set the Presentation Restriction flag. The network still has it, but it's only released to police under a Malicious Call Trace.
What you can do: enable Anonymous Call Rejection so future withheld calls never ring through. Dial 1572 on most UK landlines, or set 'Silence Unknown Callers' on iPhone / 'Block calls from unknown' on Android. See Withheld number UK.
