Variant of the parcel scam that targets people who've actually been waiting on an international delivery. The text claims a small customs fee (£4-£15) needs paying before delivery can complete.
DHL does charge customs fees but they're invoiced via their app or a paper invoice left with the parcel, never collected via a text-message link. Same defence: forward to 7726, report on dhl.com, don't click.
The link domains rotate (dhl-customs-uk, dhl-paynow, ukcustoms-dhl) so don't rely on recognising specific URLs.
